Donate to Lifetime Care

Contributions to Hospice allow us to make a difference in the quality of life for all our terminally ill patients and their families. In addition to providing comprehensive care to patients today, donations help us develop new services to meet the future needs of anyone with an advanced, life-threatening illness. Lifetime Care Hospice/Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center is recognized as a 501-C-3 charitable organization, so all donations are tax-deductible.

A variety of gift options are available, including cash contributions, memorial donations, trust arrangements and bequests as part of a will. Make a donation to Hospice using our secure transaction form.

How Donations to Hospice are Used

Hospice in Homes, Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center Lifetime Care helped bring hospice care to the Rochester area 35 years ago, before it was a service covered by any insurance, based on its mission to provide quality end-of-life care wherever it was needed.

Today, in addition to patient homes, Lifetime Care provides care in nursing homes and hospitals, and in the Hildebrandt Center for patients who are unable to be in their own homes. The funds needed to build the state-of-the-art hospice inpatient center came exclusively from donations. Since its opening in November of 2007, over 3,000 patients and their families have been served at the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center
